All our sourdough breads are made with organic bio-dynamic flours & pure whole rye sourdough culture.
Whole wheat
Original(730g):
Sourdough loaf made from whole wheat (90%), rye sourdough, salt, water.
Multi seed(730g):
Original whole wheat loaf with mixture of organic seeds (sunflower seed, pumpkin seed&linseed) throughout the loaf.
Garlic & Rosemary(600g):
Whole wheat (70%) loaf with garlic & rosemary.
Apricot & Raisin(570g):
Whole wheat (70%) loaf with organic apricots, organic raisins, mixed spices and local honey.
Spelt
Whole spelt(560g):
Whole spelt (100%), rye sourdough, salt and water.
Multi seed(560g):
Whole spelt (100%) loaf with mixture of organic seeds, (pumpkin seed, sunflower seed, linseed) throughout the loaf.
Olive & Fetta(420g):
Blend of whole spelt(40%), whole wheat and wheat,with chunks of organic olives, fetta and a hint of rosemary.
Rye
Light Rye(720g):
Sourdough loaf made from whole rye (70%) and wheat.
Fig & Walnut(440g):
Blend of whole rye and whole wheat loaf with organic figs, walnuts and local honey.
Gluten free
*Sorghum(670g):
Sourdough loaf made with sorghum flour, buckwheat flour, brown rice flour, besan flour, linseed, tapioca, psyllium husk, maize, potato starch, sugar and salt. (Using organic or Australian grown ingredients where possible.)
Chia & Seeds(440g):
Sourdough loaf made with sorghum flour, buckwheat flour, brown rice flour, besan flour, teff flour, ground pumpkin seeds, linseed, psyllium husk, potato starch, tapioca, chia seed, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, sesame seed, sugar and salt. (Using organic or Australian grown ingredients where possible.)
